Callie Crossley, a WGBH host and 1983 Nieman Fellow, won a Clarion Award from the Association for Women in Communications, a regional Edward R. Murrow Award from the Radio Television Digital News Association, and a Massachusetts/Rhode Island Associated Press radio and television award for "Witness to History," a radio documentary featuring WGBH Radio's coverage of the 1963 March on Washington. It aired on August 28, 2013, 50 years to the date of the historic march. Crossley wrote, produced, and co-hosted the documentary.
