Kabral Blay-Amihere, chairman of National Media Commission in Ghana and a 1991 Nieman Fellow, recently published his third book, “Between the Lion and the Elephant: Memoirs of an African Diplomat.” The chronicles the achievements, challenges and experiences of the author as Ghana’s Ambassador to Sierra Leone and Cote d’Ivoire.
