Marjorie Valbrun, NF ’97, Awarded O’Brien Fellowship

Marjorie Valbrun will be an O’Brien Fellow at Marquette University for the 2014–15 academic year. The fellowship allows journalists to pursue a public service journalism project while mentoring students. Valbrun will research the impact of the 1996 law mandating welfare reform.
