Raquel Rutledge, NF ’12, Wins O’Brien Fellowship

Raquel Rutledge, a Pulitzer Prize-winning investigative reporter at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, will be an O’Brien Fellow at Marquette University for the 2014–15 academic year.
