Afsin Yurdakul, a 2019 Nieman Fellow and the first Robert L. Long Nieman Fellow, is an anchor and correspondent for the Habertürk News Network in Turkey. Previously, she was a New York City-based correspondent for Newsweek’s Turkish edition.
